This article/website I found basically shares with the audience how social network sites can be important for education. It provides reasons - saying it improves the students' reading & writings, for when the students create blogs and posts on other students' blogs.
It also provides reasoning for how students can communicate with legislators, in order to get access to the sites during school hours, by providing them with sufficient evidence.
